On the lips of Marianne, I see the smile of the Mona Lisa
Which makes the world go round, which makes the flames dance
It is true that I like, to write her love poems
When she sends me all of her love, to my ears and eyes she is beautiful
In the arms of Marianne, it is there that I shall fall
And like a shooting star, I shall strand on the waves
Of the shores of Marianne.
